Skiwear meets city code in the 2026 Louis Vuitton Men’s Ski Collection — a technical and sartorial exercise in redefining alpine luxury. The House advances its LVERS lifestyle concept through garments engineered for high-altitude conditions yet crafted with the elegance expected from the men’s studio.
Technical Performance in Heritage Dress
The collection introduces twelve authentic skiwear pieces built on precision craftsmanship and sportswear expertise. Functional elements are paramount: waterproof and water-repellent materials, integrated ventilation systems, sealed closures, insulated mask and phone compartments, and trouser BOA systems tailored for snowboard boots.
Designs don’t merely function — they perform in style. The LV Tartan Pixel ski suit reimagines the heritage check as a technical uniform, while another ski suit, covered in the LV Cursive signature, creates the illusion of denim while being fully engineered for alpine use. Even a water-repellent jacket plays double, styled to appear as a beige corduroy piece, deceptively casual and slope-ready.
Beyond the Slopes
Off-the-mountain looks echo performance features while expanding the wardrobe. Detachable sleeves, dynamic strap belts, and waterproof technical textiles appear in mixed-material windbreakers and easily packable performance trousers — garments that travel seamlessly between elevations and urban environments.
The après-ski narrative leans into elevated textures: fur-effect jackets, quilted knits, and heavyweight silhouettes in shearling, cashmere blends, and Monogram-adorned wool. A signature black fleece beanie is joined by the LV Crush set in chenille bouclé wool, featuring a matching scarf with retro ski animations. A Monogram-printed shearling scarf borrows illustrations from Louis Vuitton leather goods and footwear.
Footwear includes the return of the LV Yeti snow boot in Monogram intarsia shearling and gunmetal variants. The LV Remix hiking boot is issued in all-black hydro leather, and the LV Trainer Maxi debuts in full shearling with plush wool laces. Ski masks — dubbed LV Frost — reinterpret trunk heritage into eyewear, with interchangeable Damier/plain lenses for function and flair.
Carrying the Altitude
Bags adopt a visual trompe-l’œil. Nylon mimicking denim appears on the Christopher Sport backpack and XL Rush Bumbag — both trimmed in natural heritage leather and engineered for function. Metallic gunmetal PVC versions of the Christopher, Keepall, and Shopper tote simulate the icy shimmer of alpine snow. The standout: a Speedy P9 in grey shearling with oversized Monogram, brought to life through intarsia.
