Adidas x Gucci All Looks. Discover collection June 7, 2022. Review by Eleonora de Gray, Editor-in-Chief of RUNWAY MAGAZINE.

First presented by Alessandro Michele in the Exquisite Gucci fashion show, the kaleidoscopic aesthetics of the Adidas x Gucci collection are further revealed in a new lookbook envisioned by Gucci’s Creative Director and captured by photographer Carlijn Jacobs.

Against brightly colored backgrounds, individuals strike dynamic poses to showcase the spectrum of sport-inspired pieces. Art direction by Christopher Simmonds. 

Double the heritage, triple the stripes. With the narratives of both brands encoded in a trio of lines, Creative Director Alessandro Michele plays with stripes in his new adidas x Gucci collection, launching June 7. Sport-inspired pieces feature the white three stripes of adidas on one side, juxtaposed by the red and green Web of Gucci on the other.
