The collection unfolds with a series of shapes – spheres, pyramids, cubes, octahedrons, dodecahedrons, and icosahedrons – each adorned in contemporary graphics and making their way down the runway. Following this captivating introduction, characters from the Doraemon series, including Dorami, Nobita, Suneo, Gian, and Shizuka, are reimagined as various geometric forms. Each character’s signature look is reinterpreted through graphic color blocks, further establishing the collection’s unique narrative. Additionally, spherical creations hint at Morinaga’s upcoming debut for HERNO® Globe and feature innovative designs such as a globe blouson realized through FOREARTH, Kyocera Corporation’s water-free printing process. This commitment to sustainability is underscored by the sporty quilted down looks inspired by the Reebok Instapump Fury 94 sneaker, marrying innovation with nostalgia.
A significant moment in the presentation involves nine designs, including a metallic mirror ball-inspired biker jacket and glow-in-the-dark stripes, transitioning from object avatars to human models.
