Los Angeles Fashion week took place at the beginning of October in Alexandria Hotel , and presented  16 award-winning designers . LA Fashion Week is an organization dedicated to raising the profile of fashion with focus on the emergence of Los Angeles community of artists and designers.

Georges Styler, Serbian designer based in Los Angeles presented spectacular Spring Summer 2018 collection. Mix of Pop-art, Mexican and Indian traditional couture gave this spectacular effect. Each piece is very theatrical. For example: traditional cocktail dress with military  glittery ornaments have traditional Mexican colorful scull, combined with traditional Indian headpiece, or pop-art teddy bears on body-suits with sparky crowns or military hats.

Marketa Häkkinen created Nordic Angels in 2017, in collaboration with Venezuelan designer Mariela Pokka.  And this new brand successfully presented already second collection of 2017 at LA Fashion Week.  Designers present modernized bridal collection : red soft leather dresses mixed with tulle and traditional wedding embroideries.
