Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2022. The Pre-Fall 2022 collection comprises successive chapters, each with a luminous, urbane and sporty touch. Story by RUNWAY MAGAZINE.

Starring the Australian actress Samara Weaving, an ever-dynamic allure mixes piquant notes and striking, dynamic colors that punctuate the silhouettes with confidence.
Fashion often draws inspiration from tennis attire: its elegant, refreshing codes invite creativity. Louis Vuitton plays match point on-court at top tournaments, from the French Open to Wimbledon. Grass green, sky blue and sienna are this collection’s key colors, appearing in Damier or Monogram.
The Maison’s emblematic bags, from the Speedy to OntheGo and the Loop dazzle in 100% eco-responsible velvet jacquard in fluorescent shades, or on the Coussin in ultra-soft embossed leather. The look is at once spirited and sophisticated.
The Maison’s silhouette pays tribute to the chain and key print motif as well as English eyelet trimmed in leather, both recurring signatures in the women’s collections. Poised between French-style preppy and a new take on uniform codes, Louis Vuitton tailoring blends discipline and grace.

An invitation to both boldness and sophistication, Samara Weaving showcases Nicolas Ghesquière’s latest collection which plays on references to the tennis world, while retaining Louis Vuitton’s inherent DNA.
With sporty silhouettes and a new playful reinterpretation of the Damier motif, the Women’s Pre‑Fall Collection incorporates upbeat seasonal colors and spirited twists on the Maison’s contemporary staples.
Gathering carefully chosen iconic and sporty shapes, pieces in the Pre‑Fall Collection draw on inspiration from the colors of the tennis court, equipment and apparel in green, blue, terracotta and neon yellow combined with the Maison’s iconic Monogram.
