“California has always been a land of dreams and contradictions—rugged coasts and red carpets,” said Ralph Lauren in his show notes. “For the first time ever,” he continued, “I bring my dream of living here, sharing my worlds in an experience that celebrates a way of life I have always believed in—a mix of grit and glamour, energy and inspiration.”
Ralph Lauren revealed his uniquely personal vision of California living, expressed through the worlds of sport, Western, prep, and casual luxury. Each sensibility colors the sweeping landscape with an energy that is exuberant, timeless, and authentically.
Against the backdrop of a West Coast evening, Ralph Lauren explores designs of classic style reimagined with a youthful spirit and unexpected details that embrace the essence of California.
The new collections draw inspiration from the World of Ralph Lauren and the dream of California—one of joy, optimism, and endless pursuit of a life well lived. Each collection is imbued with Ralph Lauren’s spirit of personal style and individuality, uniting it with the spirit of California living and dreaming.
The show took place at The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, California. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, Diane Keaton, Laura Dern, John Legend, Chris Pine, Lily Collins, Robin Wright, Ralph Lauren family members and many others gathered last night to enjoy fabulous collection.
