FENDI additional color

To understand this precision, this mastery of image and color over time and the history of the FENDI house, you have to start from the origin of the logo itself.

The first logo represented a squirrel… Not very usual for a fashion house. Eduardo Fendi gave a painting of a squirrel sitting on a walnut branch to his busy wife! The FENDI logo has had several evolutions presented in the visual above.
In 1965, Karl Lagerfeld joined FENDI. He drew “FF” in seconds on a piece of paper with FENDI in capitals.

In 2000, the “FF” mark was removed from the official version of the logo. It became Monogram, used for printing on leather and fabric.
Color trends for the Fall Winter 2022-2023 collection
We find black, white and yellow declined on orange. The FENDI Yellow is “warm” like the Italian sun and the FENDI house easily declines it towards orange by the materials. We are well within the color chart of the FENDI palette.

Of course, FENDI appropriates other colors such as the turquoise color which recalls the Trevi fountain in ROME restored in 2014 by FENDI. Fabulous show took place in 2016.

We find the geometric prints and the clothing style of 1986 in pastel tones that blend elegantly with a touch of primary color presenting the softness and strength of the FENDI house.

What more can be said? FENDI is the most representative design house of timeless elegance, of the mastery of its image. FENDI is a beautiful family story.
