This was created by the students as part of a partnership with Hermès, which is obviously just a participation, as a getting experience thing… for carrots…
Hermes do… and not only carrots, apparently it gave its name to a supermarket. So from now on we have to call it Hermex, following the pattern of French supermarket’s names: Monoprix, Franprix etc.
