It is a statement, bold, wild, which comes with the wind… and new fantastic denim work. The only pieces I can still see before my eyes…. amazing painting and patchworks in denim. This is probably the most intricate denim work we see during this weekend. It is indeed real DENIM ART.
And something important to notice: all fur is fake.
Distressed devoré denim, flared silhouettes, earthy tones and sleek black slip dresses give freedom of movement to the new Roberto Cavalli woman who is wild at heart.
A strong look comes with a natural strong instinct. The Cavalli woman by Fausto Puglisi, new creative director from Sicily, may wear delicate lace and sumptuous velvet but don’t be fooled she is anything but tame.
In a pure state of freedom the Cavalli woman takes us on a trip to the American Southwest wearing earthy tones and sculpted leather patchwork pieces.
For this collection, Fausto Puglisi has created denim carefully designed with destroyed devoré, denim printed silks, and the new Wild Leda prints on blue yarns, stone washed and patchwork.
Denim has never been so desirable, creating a tromp l’oeil effect, merging heavy denim fabric with light silks and moirés.
