LACMA Art+Film Gala 2021 by Gucci. Los Angeles County Museum of Art 10th annual Art+Film Gala 2021 organized by Gucci / Kering Luxury Group in Los Angeles, California, right after the Gucci fashion show.
On Saturday November 6, 2021, notables from the art, film, fashion, and entertainment industries gathered at LACMA for its tenth annual Art+Film Gala honoring influential American artists Amy Sherald and Kehinde Wiley along with filmmaker Steven Spielberg. LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio hosted the event for the 10th consecutive year.

Francois-Henri Pinault, CEO of Kering Luxury Group, conquer America! For the last couple of months apart from Gucci fashion show and financing LACMA Art+Film Gala in Hollywood, he blowup Detroit with Bottega Venera fashion show, and of course awarded a counterfeit goods designer Dapper Dan at CFDA Fashion Award 2021, an honored by different awards designers of the brands he owns (Balenciaga is a good example).
Francois-Henri Pinault dressed all stars in Gucci, starting from his wife Salma Hayek to the very last or overrated soap actor for this fabulous Gala. He also fed all guests – the menu prepared by Gucci Osteria, a restaurant in Beverly Hills. Well… Steven Spielberg was the most honored and important guest this evening. The event was attended by more than 650 prominent guests from the art, film, fashion, and entertainment industries.

Past honorees of the Art+Film Gala include artists Betye Saar, Catherine Opie, Mark Bradford, Robert Irwin, James Turrell, Barbara Kruger, David Hockney, Ed Ruscha, and John Baldessari, and filmmakers Alfonso Cuarón, Guillermo del Toro, George Lucas, Kathryn Bigelow, Alejandro González Iñárritu, Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese, Stanley Kubrick, and Clint Eastwood.
Proceeds from the annual Art+Film Gala go toward underwriting LACMA’s initiative to make film more central to the museum’s curatorial programming, while also funding LACMA’s broader mission. This includes exhibitions, acquisitions, and educational programming, in addition to screenings that explore the intersection of art and film.
The Art+Film Gala is once again made possible by Gucci’s longstanding and generous support.
